Group Travel with Rural Journey

If you are travelling as a large group, Rural Journey will suggest one or more accommodations according to the information you provide on this form.
Please carefully describe the trip you would like to have: we will be able to find the accommodation that best suits you if we have a clear understanding of your interests and needs. We have given some examples to give you an idea of the information required.

A - Type of activity/event and needs

Ex 1: Yoga meditation class for 50 people: we need a big hall where the 50 people will be able to move freely.
Ex 2: Antique motor rally: all of the suggested accommodations must have private parking for antique cars.

B - Location

Attention: fill-in this field only if you actually wish to stay in a specific area. Leaving it blank or giving general indications will give our staff a wider range of accommodations to select from when put together with your requests in section A.
Ex 1: In Umbria, in a quiet, country area with nice woods where the group can relax.
Ex 2: The accommodation should be in Viterbo's surrounding area because the event takes place in that city.
