In Périgord Noir (Sarlat-Lascaux-Les Eyzies)'s "golden triangle", our House welcomes you with its four 2 stars flats, each 50sm wide for 4 persons, at the border of a private swimming pool and a fishing pond. We are near to Sergeac village, at the border of Vézère, an admirable place for peace and genuineness.With its church fortified by Templars in XII century, the village used to be one of the most important monasteries of Périgord.
Here you will find the liveliness of sport and culture of the most renown destinations in Bordogne, but in a haven of calm and serenity.

Booking Policy: Besides the 18 % payed to Rural Journey, to confirm the booking the 30 % of the stay's total amount will have to be paid to the structure. In case of cancellation they won't be paid off. The remaining balance must be payed 40 days before the arrival by bank transfer (or by check for French) and they will be paid off only if the cancellation takes place more than 30 days before the arrival. At the check.in in the structure, a 200 € pledge (given back at the end of stay) will be demanded.
