Description

Geneviève and Arnaud suggest you discover the Midy-Quercy while passing in the area or staying in their 1720s house. The house is surrounded by a one hectare park, its perimeter is fenced and there is an amusement area, an arbor for picnics, ponds, an English labyrinth... A large 150 square meter apartment for six people with two romantic and exotic en suite rooms, a kitchen and a living room. A smaller apartment for two people + one child, a double Belle Epoque, two bedded room and a small kitchen. Covered and heated swimming pool open from May to October. Games, library, Internet ADSL Wi Fi.
Different formulas may be chosen: B&B or exclusively rental.

Surroundings

In the heart of the Midi-Quercy you will be able to discover:
Montauban la Rose, city of art and history and its Ingres museum, Albi la Rouge, its fortified cathedral and its Toulouse-Lautrec museum. The state-owned forest of Grésigne, the Aveyron gorges. Moreover you may visit the castles of Bruniquel and of the Queen Margot, the Abbeys of Moissac, Beaulieu and of Loc-Dieu as well as the vineyards of Cahors and Gaillac. Gastronomy and nature.

In the vicinities: tennis, canoeing, kayaking, horseback riding, mountain climbing, speleology, hang-gliding, tours (of castles, abbeys, cathedrals, museums, vineyards of Cahors and Gaillac).

Food, wine and crafts

On request we may prepare our table d'hôtes (20€ adults, 10€ children from 0-10) which is inclusive of exclusively local recipes and specialties, all of which have been prepared sensibly by local (town or municipality) farms.
Ten or less minutes away from numerous restaurants (traditional cooking, family cooking, fast food, refined cuisine...).
Ferme-Auberge; there are numerous stores (bakery, grocery) and two supermarkets only 5 minutes away. Granapes winery and Embucaire farm only 10 minutes away (foies gras, candied fruit). In Nérepelisse, only five minutes away, on Tuesday mornings there is the traditional market, in Vaissac there is the boletus mushroom one, in Caussade the gras one and in Lalbenque the truffles one.
